We are currently seeking an energetic SDR. This individual must be a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to identify and develop leads from multiple sources. The SDR should be confident and articulate over the phone.

The primary responsibility is to identify and follow up with leads, monitoring lead activity, and schedule appointments for the sales team to close the deal.

Job Functions:

• Research and generate leads.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to generate leads.
• Conduct high level conversations to qualify the potential hiring managers.
• Schedule and follow up appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM database.
• Work with sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
